Here at Advantage Ambulance, Inc., we have a phone system that has communication software that monitors each and every phone call by department and extension.  It then reports all data to set parameters, so they can easily be reviewed by our Management Team. 

Our Internal Voice Recording System records all phone traffic accordingly so, we can review any call for billing accuracy, compliance, trip info and all customer service efforts of our Dispatch Team.

Our system also provides a dynamic redeployment of corporate resources, to back fill any areas of the community with high ambulance needs.  This redeployment assures that the best services are given at the time of the request.

Each request is then entered into our database, which stores patient’s demographical information, for possible future usage.  Plus, compiling the information reduces phone time between caller and the Dispatch Team.
